Based on a week in August, 20 people can enjoy a weeks holiday in our luxury accommodation for £137.50 per person or a 3 day break for 20 in November can come down to as little £59.50 each. Sleeping up to 20 people this south facing Old Rectory house is set in 7 acres of garden and woodlands and is perfect for large parties wanting to get together.
This 400 year old country house was once the home of the family of Lloyd George, the Liberal Prime Minister, in the late 1900's, and then more recently, a lovely country house hotel.The history seeps from every wall.

During Spring and Summer months you can indulge in lots fun and games on the Azaelea, Hydreangea and flower filled garden and lawn or how about a game of 'Doubles' on the tennis court with far reaching views towards Criccieth Castle and Cardigan Bay. Why not have a barbeque on the patio, using locally sourced quality produce ,Welsh Black Beef, Lamb and free range Poultry
In the winter, enjoy hearty food, roaring log fires and cosy nights in the comfortable sitting room with our large projector T.V. and DVD screen (indulge yourselves with those movies you've been longing to watch and huge bowls of 'Popcorn'). Or warm up with a session in the weights gym! Fun and games will bring laughter and joy in the Games room either playing Billards,Table tennis or good old fashioned Monopoly. Game on!!
We have gone to great lengths to make sure this house retains its character and olde world charm, whilst bringing you all the expected luxury of modern day. Wifi and a steam room being just 2 of the many amenities.
The dining room accommodates up to 20 people , and the bar is stocked with a selection of local Welsh drinks - ales,ciders, whiskeys, spirits and liqueurs, (please note the bar will be run on an honesty basis).

There is a fabulous brand new country kitchen with everything you could possibly need for entertaining and cooking for a large group!

Or, if it's a stress-free break you are looking for, let us cater for you. We can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner using locally sourced produce and cooked on-site.
French doors lead to the kitchen from the front garden, where there is plenty of space for wellies, coats and outdoor clothing. The Laundry room has an old fashioned Butlers sink to clean those muddy wellies and a large washing machine and tumble dryer!!
